Presentation
Given the turbulent times society is experiencing both locally and globally, critical education and reflection on the values of citizenship are necessary to move towards a more inclusive, equitable, sustainable and fair society.
In this regard, the Provincial Council of Zaragoza's International Development and Solidarity Delegation has succeeded in positioning the Provincial Council as a benchmark in Aragon in the fields of Education for Global Citizenship and Development Cooperation, as reflected in its collaboration with the University of Zaragoza in the promotion of this Chair.
Thus, through research, training and collaboration with other institutions and citizens, the Chair of Solidarity and Global Citizenship seeks to influence society in favour of more sustainable, inclusive and fair local and global development.
